Although over 48 years separated the Evergreen snowfalls of 1960 and 2008, these pictures may bring back some special snowfall memories for viewers.

Annabelle lives near the end of Hill Street and her picture captured the accumulation at her home.

The snowfall of Feb. 13, 1960 was much larger and snowmen were appearing throughout the community.  The picture of Frosty shows the accumulation of snow against my grandmother’s front porch and in her yard, while the one of Casper and his builders shows the accumulation in the yard between Uncle Edgar “Pega” Descant and Mrs. Pierre Descant.
