Ruby Galland arrived on October 4, 2009 in Raleigh, North Carolina weighing 6 pounds, 10 ounces. Her proud parents are Mark and Amy Quarles Galland.  Sister (age 3) Stella’s reaction upon her arrival,  “She doesn’t have any teeth.”  Ronnie and Dorrinne, proud grandparents, are anxious to arrive in NC for their special visit with the family.
