William Meade "Bill" Robert, Jr.

Graveside services for William "Bill" Robert, Jr. will be at 10 a.m. Friday, February 5, 2010 at the Bayou Rouge Baptist Cemetery with Bro. Keith Lamartiniere officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie.

Mr. Robert, 73, entered into rest on Saturday, January 30, 2010 at his residence in Beech Island, South Carolina. He is the son of the late William Meade Robert, Sr. and Ozete Manuel Robert.

Mr. Robert was a native of Hessmer, and had made Aiken County his home for the past 22 years. He had retired from the Aiken County Roads and Management as a heavy equipment operator for 13 years service. Mr. Robert was a Catholic.

Survivors include his wife Mrs. Lee Morris Robert of Beech Island, South Carolina; three sons, Christopher Dale Robert of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Eric Paul Robert of Beech Island and Ethan John (Aleisha Nichole) Robert, Sr., of Bath; two brothers, Roland Robert of Port Barre and Louis Robert of Hessmer; four grandchildren, Cheyenne, Whitney, Jacob, and Ethan John Robert, Jr; and a host of nieces and nephews and cousins.
