INGLEWOOD, CA - Funeral services for Stella Lindsay, 98, formerly of Evergreen was held on Friday, March 5, 2010.

Stella was preceded in death by her husband Skeeter Lindsay.

Those left to cherish her memory are numerous nieces, newphews, relatives, friends and the Wright family.

She was a devoted member of Magnolia Baptist Church in Evergreen where she sang in the choir and was active in every aspect of church. She was a wonderful person who treasured her faith, family and friends. Stella was well known as one of Avoyelles best cooks. Her hospitality was shared with many throughout Evergreen and surrounding communities. Stella left a legacy of wonderful memories and good works.

A memorial in Stella’s memory will be placed at Magnolia Baptist Church in honor of a life well lived.
