Newton Paul Guillory

Services for Newton Paul Guillory, 84, of Cottonport, will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 12, 2009 at St. Marys Assumption Catholic Church with Fr. Anthony Dhamaraj "Fr. Raj" officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary Mausoleum #2 in Cottonport under the direction of Escude Funeral Home of Cottonport.

Mr. Guillory died at Avoyelles Hospital in Marksville on March 10, 2009.

He is preceded in death by his father, Andress Guillory and mother, Lily (Roy) Guillory.

Survivors include his wife Audrey Guillory of Cottonport; son, David P. Guillory and wife Liese of Bunkie; four daughters, Judy Ann Rodridge and husband Scott of Baton Rouge, Mary Carolyn Bolner and husband, Larry of Covington, Annette M. Bertrand and husband Dempsey of Palmetto and Patti Jo Di Capo of Cottonport; brother, Ruvian Guillory of Mansura; eight grandchildren - Robert Guillory, Ingrid Gauthier, Ryan Gauthier, Gabrielle Bolner, Crystal Bolner,Stephanie Simoneaux, Jeremy Simoneaux, Hali Di Capo all of Mansura and nine great grandchildren.

Visitation will be at Escude Funeral Home of Cottonport, 554 Front Street, Cottonport on March 11, 2009 Wednesday from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. and re-open Thursday 8 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. A Rosary will be held Wednesday at 7 p.m.
