Joyce M. Armand died Sunday, January 1, 2006 at Bayou Vista Nursing Home. Wife of the Late Ellis D. Armand, she was 83, a native of Evergreen, LA and a lifetime resident of Avoyelles Parish.  Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 4, 2006 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at Hixon-Ducote Funeral Home in Bunkie, LA. The funeral service will be at 1:00 PM at the Church of the Little Flower in Evergreen with the Rev. Daniel Corkery Officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
 
She is survived by her two daughters and son-in-laws, Faye and Joseph Malbrough of Houma, LA, Carol and Eugene Pellegrin, Walker, LA; 5 grandchildren, Johanna and David McMullan of Jackson, MS, Joe Malbrough, Jr. of Houma, LA, D'Anna Malbrough of Henderson, NV, David Malbrough of Baton Rouge, LA, and Bobbie and Adrian Pino of Huntley, IL.; 6 great-grandchildren; 13 nieces and 2 nephews.
 
She is preceded in death by her parents George and Pauline Wilson; 5 Sisters and 4 Brothers.
