Alfred Erreld "Pat" Patrick, Jr.

Funeral services for Alfred Erreld "Pat" Patrick, Jr. will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, September 10, 2009 at the Bayou Rouge Baptist Church with Revs. David Trimbur and Doug Bergeron officiating. Burial will be in the Bayou Rouge Cemetery under the direction of Melancon Funeral Home, Bunkie.

Mr. Patrick, age 78, of Evergreen passed away on Monday, September 7, 2009 in his residence. He was a retired Senior Engineer with Lockheed at LB Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas. He was an Air Force veteran, having served in the Korean War and retired from the Air Force Reserves.

He was preceded in death by his son, Alfred Erreld Patrick, III and his parents, Ward "Bubba" and B'Radie Patrick.

Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Pittman Patrick of Evergreen; one son, John Ward Patrick of Lafayette; one daughter, Rae Elizabeth Patrick of Morrow; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
