Pelican Footnote: This military listing was submitted by Kristin Bordelon Normand, who indicated her source was a book my grandmother had entitled, "The Fighting Men of Louisiana" by The Louisiana Historical Institute.  At the time the book was published, Crystal Ann Aymond Hendrick was the only child.  Other children followed sequently including Carol James Aymond, Jr., Darla Jean Aymond, Martha Lynn Aymond Bordelon, and A. David Aymond.  Martha Aymond Bordelon is a former faculty member of EES and Kristen Bordelon Normand, her daughter, is a former student of EES.
