George Jude Normand

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered for George Jude Normand on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Cottonport with Fr. Jose Robles Sanchez officiating. Burial will be in the St. Mary's Cemetery #2 under the direction of Melancon Funeral Home, Bunkie.

Vistiation will be at St. Mary's Catholic Church on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. - 3:45 p.m.

Mr. Normand, age 46, of Cottonport, passed away on Monday. November 23, 2015 at his residence. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran and a carpenter. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sue Hood Normand.

He is survived by his fiancee', Margaret Daire of Cottonport; his daughter, Grace Katherine Bordelon of Cottonport; his son, Jude Anthony Normand of Brusly; Margaret's two children, Emily Madrigal and Austin Madrigal of Cottonport; his father, Stephen "Buddy" Normand of Cottonport; four sisters, Elizabeth Normand of Cottonport, Gayla Mayeux of Alexandria, Monica Normand of Cottonport and Charlene Tigner and husband, Mark, of Cottonport and his brother, Glenn Normand and wife, Faye, of Cottonport.
