Ryan Paul Aymond, Jr.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Ryan Paul Aymond, Jr. will be at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church with Fr. Jack Michalchuk officiating. Burial will be in Pythian Cemetery under the direction of Melancon Funeral Home, Bunkie. Ryan Aymond, age 32, of Bunkie, passed away on Saturday, July 16, 2011 at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center. Ryan was an IT computer technician at Bristow Corporation in New Iberia. He was a 1997 graduate of Bunkie High School, received Associate Degrees from LSUA in Criminal Justice and Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science Degree from UL in Office Management Technology. He is survived by his parents, Ryan and June Marcotte Aymond of Bunkie; one brother, Brent Aymond and wife, Tabitha, of Bunkie; one sister, Michelle Young and husband, Ronald, of Alexandria; paternal grandmother, Lela Bordelon Aymond of Bunkie; nieces and nephews, Mackenzie and Avery Aymond and Nicole and Logan Young and a Godchild, Elizabeth Ducote. Visitation will be at Melancon Funeral Home, Bunkie, from 4:30 p.m. until on Monday, July 18, 2011 with a Vigil for the Deceased at 6 p.m., with a rosary to follow and on Tuesday, July 19, 2011 from 8:00 a.m. until 9:45 a.m. Please share sympathies, memories and condolences at www.melanconfunerals.com.
