Sidney Kemper Wright McNamara

Sidney Kemper Wright McNamara , 74, died on Saturday, November 10, 1984,

at her home in Bunkie. Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m.on Sunday,

Novemebr 11, 1984, in the Bayou Rouge Baptist Cemetery in Evergreen with

Rev. David Trimbur officiating. Burial will follow under direction of Melancon

Funeral Home of Bunkie.

She was a retired librarian at Nicholls State University, Thibodaux, and was a

member of the First Baptist Church in Bunkie. She was a 1924 graduate of

Evergreen High School.

Suvivors include her husband, James E McNamara of Bunkie, brother, Porter

B. Wright and sister, Alice Wright Porter both of Evergreen.

Preceded in death by her parents, George Burdette Wright and Willie Chapman

Crutchfield Wright and brother, John Jeter Crutchfield Wright.
