Perry Mayes

EVERGREEN - Services for Perry Mayes were held on Friday, January 16, 2009 12:00 p.m. at Jerusalem Baptist Church. Burial was held at Jerusalem Baptist Cemetery, Cottonport. Arrangements were held under the direction of Escude Funeral Home of Mansura.

Perry Mayes, age 49 of Evergreen, passed away on Monday, January 5, 2009 at Bayou Vista Nursing Home.

Survivors include his four sons, JaCoby Mayes, Cody Mayes, JaCory Mayes and Perry Vorhies all of Eunice; four daughters, Patricia Mayes of Eunice, Rosemary Vorhies of Eunice, Lisa Thomas Fruge of Ville Platte and Laura Thomas of Ville Platte; and a brother, Roosevelt Mayes of Evergreen.
