Funeral services for Moses Bouie, Jr. will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 14, 2011 at the Christian Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. J.L. Sampson officiating. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery in Evergreen under the direction of Melancon Funeral Home, Bunkie. Mr. Bouie, age 50, of Violet,LA, passed away on Friday, May 6, 2011 at the LSU Medical Center in New Orleans. He was an automobile mechanic. He is survived by two sons, Marcus Bouie of Bunkie and Jaden Bouie of Violet; his fiancee', Andrian Braud of Violet; his mother, Carrie W. Bouie of Bunkie; his maternal grandmother, Ella Washington of Bunkie; three brothers, Arthur James Bouie of Duluth, GA, Jerald "Jake" Bouie, Sr. of Slidell and Jerome Bouie of Cincinnati, OH.
